Between 4.4 and 4.5 billion years ago, Earth may have had not just one moon but two, argued planetary scientist Erik Asphaug of the University of California, Santa Cruz. He was trying to account for something that has baffled lunar researchers since the early 1960s, when Soviet probes radioed back the first pictures of the moon’s farside, which faces perpetually away from Earth.⇒ The images showed that the moon has an intensely split geologic personality. Unlike the near side, with its broad, smooth maria, the farside is covered almost entirely with rugged, scarred terrain and massive mountains, making it look “all beat up.”

حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه أَنَّ أَهْلَ، مَكَّةَ سَأَلُوا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُرِيَهُمْ آيَةً، فَأَرَاهُمُ الْقَمَرَ شِقَّتَيْنِ، حَتَّى رَأَوْا حِرَاءً بَيْنَهُمَا‏.‏
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
The people of Mecca asked Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) to show them a miracle. So he showed them the moon split in two halves between which they saw the Hira’ mountain.

‏‏‏ وَذَهَبَتْ فِرْقَةٌ نَحْوَ الْجَبَلِ وَقَالَ أَبُو الضُّحَى عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ انْشَقَّ بِمَكَّةَ‏‏ وَتَابَعَهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ‏‏
Narrated `Abdullah:
The moon was split ( into two pieces ) while we were with the Prophet (ﷺ) in Mina. He said, “Be witnesses.” Then a Piece of the moon went towards the mountain.

Quran Affirms the Split of the Moon
(Lunar Rile)
A british convert, when he saw that the Quran talks about what the cosmologists call it Lunar Rile

A very long split on the moon surface which happened at the era of Prophet Muhammed peace be upon him. The pagans of Mekka asked prophet to split and tear the moon in two parts which really happened

The converted British guy saw this fact in the Quran and recalled it when he was watching a BBC interview where there were two opposers of cosmology as a waste of billiards of money but the two hosted astronauts proved their work by saying that they’ve discoverd something great which is the Lunar Rile

Suddenly the man watching TV stood up and went immidiately to read this verse.

(( The hour has drawn near and the moon has split)) !

This is said by Dr Zaghloul Neggar a Muslim scientists as he was in Britain speaking about scientific miracles and there was a huge noise by the Christians in the room disapproving of what the sheikh says about Qur’an because they thought it’s the same case as Bible where they read contradictions with modern sciences.
Copernico and Gallileo sentenced and the stuff.

So the audience opposed as science divorced the church long time ago.
But suddenly the converted stood up to talk about what happened to him.
Then Subhana Allah everybody stood still !!!!!

by the way the BBC hosted two astronauts from Nasa who said when we came back to the earth and asked the scholars to explain this phenomenon they said this couldn’t happen except if the moon opens and split itself in two parts and then closes again

Nasa affirms this splitting too
