“🛑Down to the fourth century Christianity rejected the birthday celebration as a pagan custom.”—
🛑“👉birthdays” were traditionally celebrated by followers of Mithra. After a sun-worshiping emperor(Constantine) made a profession of Christ and passed the first Sunday law, he did not consider that there were problems with celebratory aspects of Mithraism/Saturnalia as long as Christ and believers, and not Mithra, were the focus of the celebrations.

🛑Long ago, people believed that on a birthday a person could be helped by good spirits or hurt by evil spirits. So, when a person had a birthday, friends and relatives gathered to protect him or her. And that’s how birthday parties began.

After all these proofs that birthday is part of other religions’ rituals some may say it’s a mere celebration we don’t mean all what you said
Well the answer is in the hadeeth of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Whoever imitates a people is from them,”
-[Sunan Abu Dawud] and Al Albani
Meaning
He who resembles a people in their religions is not one of us and in another narration will be resurrected with them
Or have they partners with Allaah (false gods) who have instituted for them a religion which Allaah has not allowed…?” [al-Shoora 42:21]
